Terms of Service for Virtual Interior Decorating

**1. Service Nature:** Kemco Interiors is an online decorating consultation service and does not provide construction services. Our recommendations are intended to enhance the appearance of your space and should not be interpreted as construction plans. Any structural changes or work must be approved by a qualified professional, such as an architect, structural engineer, or contractor.

**2. Client Requirements:** To ensure a smooth design process, clients must provide comprehensive information about their project requirements. All necessary documents must be submitted before the design process begins and cannot be modified during the working phase. Kemco Interiors will offer "measurement instructions" to guide the client on how to measure a room accurately. Photographs of the room and a rough layout sketch are required. Please note that Kemco Interiors cannot be held liable for inaccurate measurements. The client is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all measurements, as the design work will be based on these measurements. Additionally, the client must check all doorways, stairways, and elevator sizes to ensure a clear delivery path for any furniture recommended.

**3. Design Process Commencement:** The decorating process will begin once the client service agreement is signed, the required fees are paid, and the client questionnaire has been completed.

**4. Changes in Preferences:** In the event that a client undergoes a change of preference during the execution of their design project, it may necessitate additional time and/or financial resources to accommodate such modifications. Documentation of these adjustments will be provided.

**5. Deliverables:** Deliverables for the e-design product will be sent to the client within 14 business days of the project start date or according to a different schedule specified in the client service agreement.

**6. Timely Response and Project Progress:**

Kemco Interiors will provide services promptly and with professional skills, ensuring the orderly progress of the e-design project. If the client fails to respond to questions or revisions in a timely manner (more than 7 days), the project will be paused. Work will resume at a time convenient for Kemco Interiors. If there is no response for 21 days, the project will be terminated, and Kemco Interiors will cease all work. Project fees are non-refundable in 

**7. Communication:** The e-decorating client agrees to communicate solely through online channels unless other forms of communication are explicitly requested.

**8. Liability:** Kemco Interiors will not be liable for the construction, fabrication, delivery, installation methods, procedures, or safety precautions related to the e-decorating project. Kemco Interiors will also not be responsible for any actions or omissions of contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, or other individuals involved in the project, nor for any failure to meet schedules or completion dates. Kemco Interiors is not liable for organizing repairs, replacements, or freight claims for purchases made in connection with recommendations for an e-decorating project.

**9. Design Concept Suitability: The E-Decorating service is a consultation service and does not include construction purposes. All recommendations are suggestions to enhance your space's appearance. The decorator does not guarantee the suitability of the design concept for any purpose and provides the design scheme "as is," without warranty. The decorator disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. 

**10. Ownership:** All e-decorating work provided to the client is owned by Kemco Interiors, including all copyrights and other proprietary rights associated with it.

**11. Client Obligations Regarding Decorating Services: Under no circumstances shall the client alter or remove any trademarks, labels, or other proprietary notices without the decorator's express written permission. The client shall have the unlimited right to use and enjoy the results and proceeds of the design concept in the project upon completion by the decorator. The decorator's drawings are conceptual and are not intended for architectural or engineering use. Services do not include modifications to structural, heating, air-conditioning, plumbing, electrical, ventilation, or other mechanical systems in the project.

**12. Data Security:** Kemco Interiors has taken every measure to prevent internet fraud and ensure that any data collected from the client is stored as securely and safely as possible. Furthermore, Kemco Interiors cannot be held liable in the extremely unlikely event of a breach in secure computer servers.

**13. Payment:** Online e-decorating services must be paid in full and are non-refundable. Kemco Interiors delivers services with the expertise and care expected of a professional interior decorating company.

**14. Client Service Agreement: Before commencing any virtual interior design services, clients are required to sign a Client Service Agreement provided by Kemco Interiors. This agreement outlines the scope of work, fees, and other relevant terms and conditions specific to the project. By signing the Client Service Agreement, clients acknowledge and accept all terms and conditions set forth by Kemco Interiors for the virtual interior design services.
